  • Construction supervision services
  • Coordination with newly appointed consultants

The project consists of a redevelopment scheme to convert STARCO mixed-use office and retail Business Center from a Class B office building to a Class A office building by upgrading the specifications and adding amenities. Its gross built up area is around 56,000 m², the leasable area is 40,000m², and the underground basement floors area is 15,500 m²

  • Block A and C are attached and comprise 10 floors above the ground floor
  • Block B is a detached block on Omar Daouk Street and comprise 12 floors above the ground floor.
