The Project is a Luxury Residential Building consisting of 14 stories at Koraytem, Rue Mme Curie – Lebanon. It includes 14 apartments 325 m² each with main Green Façades and 3 basements (Parking, MEP Service Rooms and Storages) and Ground Floor.

- Preparation of Designs for Architectural, Structural and MEP works followed by Preparation of Full Tender Documents
- Project Management, Control and Construction Supervision
