The project consists of two towers complementing each other, constructed as a unique complex resting above a commercial podium within the Capital Center Development context. Apex Complex includes:

• One Tower designed to be a Hotel (around 250 keys) and hotel apartments (Studios & one bed room units)
• Podiums to be used as commercial shops
