Beit Misk is a 655,000 m² residential development that groups various types and sizes of apartments townhouses and villas along with their necessary infrastructure public gardens and country club. Works consisted in providing Value Engineering services on existing Infrastructure design and all related re-design works where necessary, in addition to tendering of the Infrastructure package. This was followed with the Construction Supervision of the Infrastructure services (i.e., Storm Network, Sewage Network, Sewage Treatment Plant (New Design), Water Supply, Irrigation (New Design), Power (MV, LV), Power Plant, Street Lighting, Telecommunication Network, Fiber Optic Network, Roads and all related services).
