AL QATARA ARTS CENTRE - Al Ain, UAE
The project consists of the construction of 3 buildings within the existing mud made fort.
The first is an exhibition building, the second is a workshop and the third is a performance building. An underground energy center is also foreseen to serve the facilities.
Services Undertaken include:
- Review of Architecture, Structure and MEP Designs to ensure conformity with local regulations.
- Preparation submission and follow up of permits
- Preparation of Architecture, Structure and MEP design development
- Preparation of cost estimate
- Preparation of tender documents
- Assistance to the employer in tendering ,negotiations and awarding the contract
- Supervision of the works
