LANDSCAPING STUDY FOR THE ALLIANCE GARDEN IN WADI ABOU JMIL RESIDENTIAL AREA - Beirut, Lebanon

The Landscaping Study: Covering an area of 2600 m². The alliance garden is located at the heart of Wadi Abou Jmil sector in Beirut Central District. The garden is intended, by its design to melt in the surrounding environment and context and to respond by its fluid paths, calm rest areas and water pond to the need of the neighboring residents and to the pedestrian paths overall scheme.

Services Undertaken include:

  • The Landscaping Study: Preparation of Conceptual Design, Preliminary Design, Detailed Design, Tender Documents and Cost Estimates followed by Execution Drawings.
  • Supervision: Preparing adaptation designs, advice on intricate cases in procurement of materials, responding to technical site queries, examining and approving shop drawings, materials and equipment, participating in the commissioning and taking over of the Project upon completion.
