LEBANON WATERFRONT CITY LANDSCAPING CONSULTANCY - Lebanon

The site, known as Lebanon Waterfront City a 400,000 sq.m. Mixed Use project in Lebanon, located on the 700 berth Joseph Khoury Marina, overlooking the Mediterranean Sea, and only 15 minutes north from Beirut Central Downtown. The strategy will include a guiding overall landscape master plan that ties together with the existing/planned developments. The land area is as per below breakdown: 180,000m² of internal roads, sidewalks, landscaping, and parks 3 no. (share of MJV & M100), as per below breakdown:

  • Roads, sidewalks and landscaping: 142,667 m²
  • Phase 1/1A: 30,500 m², and
  • Parks: 8,940 m²

Services Undertaken include:

  • Assessment of the current status of the Master Plan streetscape public and semipublic areas.
  • Preparation of full design and documentation for the public spaces in line with the Master Plan Landscape design
  • Finalisation and production of drawings and specifications to a detailed level.
  • Preparation of a detailed guidance booklet
  • Selection of all landscape materials, coordinate for the selection of lighting and plants species with further coordination with infrastructure and architectural Consultants.
  • Technical assistance to the cost Consultants and during the tendering evaluation process.
