Landscape Concept Design for a Marina and a Beach of a Villa Complex. The Client requested a marina to accommodate two 30 meters boats and two 10 meters boats and requested a Sandy Beach all along the sea shore of the site.

Services Undertaken include Concept Design including Hardscape, Softscape, Architectural elements and Electro-Mechanical services with Irrigation, Schematic Design and Cost Estimate, Detailed Design and Tender Documents including priced BOQ and Supervision.
