This project is about a commercial strip mall at the commercial plots with a total land area of 51,170m².
A- The project is divided in four blocs:
- One bloc on the SAHABA Street. (This bloc is named SAHABA).
- One bloc on the corner between the SAHABA Street and THUMAMA Street. (This bloc is named Panda).
- Two blocs on the THUMAMA Street (named THUMAMA- A- and THUMAMA-B-).
B- All blocs are composed of:
- Basement floor (parking).
- Ground floor (shops).
- Mezzanine floor (service for shops).
- First floor (offices).
- Second floor (offices).
Total built up area of 86,029 m²
Services undertaken include:
- Preparation of Concept Design Analysis, Engineering Drawings including Architectural, Structural, Mechanical, Electrical, Site Landscaping, Hardscaping design drawings, Preparation of final design drawings and documents including Bill of Quantities, Technical Specifications, Calculation and others, tender drawings of all disciplines including services.
