PROJET ANTIQUE - Beirut Central District, Lebanon
The project consists of a redevelopment scheme to convert STARCO mixed-use office and retail Business Center from a Class B office building to a Class A office building by upgrading the specifications and adding amenities. Its gross built up area is around 56,000 m², the leasable area is 40,000m², and the underground basement floors area is 15,500 m²

- Block A and C are attached and comprise 10 floors above the ground floor
- Block B is a detached block on Omar Daouk Street and comprise 12 floors above the ground floor.
NEW STARCO (Facing Zeytouneh Place)

- 7 upper floors (offices)
Services undertaken include:
- Complete design services of all engineering disciplines (Architecture, MEP, Fire Fighting, BMS, Building Services, and any Structural requirements),
- Renovation/rehabilitation permit file preparation
- Authorities (Municipality, Solidere, DGU, etc…) approvals coordination and follow up
- Construction cost estimates
- Construction supervision services
- Coordination with newly appointed consultants
- LEED requirements enabling the Company to apply for any LEED certification; Technical and administration Coordination
