The project consists of an Hotel for leisure travellers and families. The Hotel will establish itself as the location of choice for social gatherings and dining with the rooftop Food and beverage outlets and views to the Sea and City. The hotel is “Upscale, 4-star” with 2 no. basement levels, G+5-6 floors providing a total GFA of approximately 12,000 sqm (excludes balconies) and approximately 170 keys.

- Swimming Pool & Water Feature, Irrigations, Hard & Soft Landscaping, Acoustic, Façade Engineering, Vertical Circulation, Specialist Interior & Exterior Lighting, External and Internal, Way finding Signage including Building's signage, Information Technology, Communications, Audio Visual & ELV Systems , Security, Waste Management, Kitchen and Laundry, Traffic limited to within the Plot boundaries, Internal and External Window and Structure and Washing/ Cleaning Systems and Details, BREEAM Assessment & Certification, Fire Life and Safety.
