Construction of a 30,000 m² fuel oil facility including:
- Infrastructure network including retention walls and roads, sewer and drainage systems
- Oil pipes distribution network and pumping retention room
- 4 oil Steel Tanks with a total storage capacity of 20.000 Cu M
- Steam Boiler and Diesel Fuel Tank
- Loading Station for 4 trucks
- Sea-Line and Receiving Station
- Electrical Network and External lighting
Services undertaken include Preparation of conceptual Design and Technical Design Documents to enable turnkey pricing by contractor including:
- Design drawings and Details of Tanks and Networks
- Bill of Quantities
- Outline Technical Specifications
- Construction Supervision works
