GAS DEPOTS AND GAS INSTALLATIONS IN THE DORA AREA, GAZ ORIENT - Lebanon

Reconstruction and Extension of the facility (approx. 10,000m²), additional land reclaimed from the sea (approx. 13,000m²).

• Infrastructure network including roads, sewer, drainage system and pipeways (and pipe racks).
• Protective works to the land reclamation area (approx. 300m of Breakwater).
• Construction of reinforced concrete walls to retain embankment around the 10 x 3,500m³ mounded LPG tanks.
• Installation of 1000m multiple sea-line, 2x10"+6" in depths of 27m with Pipe Line end Manifold (PLEM) and flexible hoses at the sea end.
• Installation of a multiple buoy mooring for 56,000 DWT Vessels in 27m depths.
• Construction of a new 400m² Loading Rack - 100m² Pump Room.
• Construction of reinforced concrete bases for 4 generators and 2 embedded steel fuel tanks.
• Construction of a 2 floor Control Building (Built up area approx. 500m²).
• Construction of 2 welded steel water tanks for fire fighting 12m diameter and 18m in height with a total storage capacity of 4000m³.
• Reinforced Concrete and Blockwork boundary walls.
