URBAN DEVELOPMENT AND CONSERVATION TRIPOLI AREA ZPE4 – Lebanon
The proposed Cultural Heritage and Urban Development project has the following three components:
- Rehabilitation and Urban revitalization of Tripoli Old City
- Establishment of a Concept Master Plan presentation defining the basic structure of the Master Plan.
- Creation of a Structure Plan defining each zone/district within the plot and establishing the guiding principles and structural framework to be adopted and Implemented.
Services Undertaken include:
- Collection of available data, Report on site Context & Site Analysis
- Draft Master Plan Report and Presentation
- Land use plan
- District identification plans (Developable Areas)
- Vehicular, Transit and Pedestrian Circulation Plans (incl. parking)
- Open space plan (incl. major community parks, urban squares and special places)
- Infrastructure Concept plans
- Urban design intent with indicative building envelopes and massing studies
- Development Statistics (Densities/Areas)
- Phasing strategy
