The project consists of the development of 36 residential buildings, 4 Mosques and 8 Villas ( for Imam & Mouazen). BUA is approximately 150,000 sqm on a plot area 70,000 sqm.

Services undertaken include Design of Architectural, Structural, MEP works including the preparation of tender documents and BOQ. The scope includes Construction Supervision Services.
