Road and Infrastructure to a land development project on a step hill side, including all services to reach to the individual plots, sidewalks incorporating landscaped areas. All retaining walls above and below the roads are stone clad in a manner to give highly pleasing architectural effect.

Services Undertaken Include:

Preparation of Feasibility Study and Preliminary Schemes for the road system and lotissement. Development of the chosen solution which includes the Design of all Services - Surface Water Drainage & Sewer Network, Telephone & Electrical Networks, Water Distribution, Road Lighting Irrigation. Particular attention was given to the Wall Systems on the project. Transformer Area was designed in an old Lebanese Style House. Full Project Supervision was also carried out.
