Ghadir Wastewater Treatment Plant serves the Greater Beirut Southern Collection Basin with a present population estimated at 800,000. The Plant is designed for a maximum instantaneous flow of 2.6 m³/s, average of 1.6 m³/s and minimum of 1.1 m³/s. Effluents are discharged through a long sea outfall (2.6km long) in depths reaching over 60m.
Services Undertaken include Supervision of the Operation and Maintenance Contract including Environmental Monitoring Plan (including wastewater and sea sampling).
