REHABILITATION AND EXTENSION OF SRIFA MUNICIPALITY SEWAGE SYSTEM - Tyr Caza, South Lebanon

Services Undertaken include:

• Preparation of drawings and longitudinal sections (profiles) of the sewage network, the main collector to the closest discharge point and relevant technical detail such as manholes, etc. the drawings include:
• General plan view (scale 1:1000)
• Detailed drawings (plan and sections) (1:50)
• Detailed design – structures and headworks (1:50)

Additional work consisted of the preparation of the hydraulic design calculations for the proposed sewer system, preparation of bill of quantities (BOQ’s) and all the required technical annexes such as the technical specifications of materials to be used and works to be performed.

• Construction supervision services to the Contracting Authority, CISP, during the execution of the project. These services include:
• Review of shop drawings, "as-built" drawings, samples, and other submissions of the Contractor to determine compliance and conformance with the requirements of the contract documents.
• Review and approval of test results and materials used in the work.
• Progress monitoring, survey measurements and observation of completed work.
• Progress monitoring against a detailed programme of works prepared to be regularly updated with actual figures and dates.
• Attending the regular meetings with the Contracting authority and the Contractor.
• Supervision of the execution of the acceptance tests prior to issuing the Taking Over Certificate
• Enforcement of on-site application of Safety, Health and Environmental Regulations.
