- Preparation of Concept, Schematic and Detailed Design for Architecture, ID, Structural, Civil, Electrical (LV Systems and BMS), Mechanical (HVAC, Fire Protection, Plumbing) and Infrastructure Works in addition to Audio Visual, Security, Façade Design, Wind Tunnel Study, Telecommunications, Vertical Transportation, Building Parking System, Servicing and Waste Management and Sustainability Works.
- Construction Documents and Tender Evaluation Phase and Contract Award.
