CONSTRUCTION OF SIX (6) SERVICE STATIONS IN AL AIN ‐ UAE
The Project consists of Construction of Six Service Stations in Al Ain, UAE.
The Service Stations are as follows:
- Nahel I – Al Ain (45,000m²)
- Nahel II – Al Ain (45,000m²)
- Khattem Al Shakla I – Al Ain (12,000m²)
- Khattem Al Shakla II – Al Ain (12,000m²)
- Defence – Al Ain (45,000m²)
- Al Saad – Al Ain (38,400m²)
The Service Stations include the following:
- Above ground/Underground Petroleum products storage tanks.
- Filling bay/canopy and fueling facilities.
- Convenience store/shops/amenity buildings/restaurant building/office.
- Carwash facilities.
- Car repair bay
- Lube change bay
- Tyre repair bay.
- LPG cylinder storage
- Car care facilities.
- Mosques.
- Car recovery.
- Staff Accommodation
- Utility Building
- Provisions for NGV compressors & equipment room and dispensing facility
- Signage
- Roads, pavements & landscaping
Services undertaken include:
Preparation of Design for Architectural, Structural, Mechanical, Electrical, Infrastructural and Road Works.
