The Project consists of the Construction of One (1) Auto Carwash & Valet Bay, Lube Store and Rest Room with Toilets at Al Manaseer (970) Service Station in Abu Dhabi.
Work include Design of the following:
- Adding One ADNOC Standard Auto Carwash and Valet Bay
- Adding One Store Room
- Adding One Labor Rest Room / Office with Toilets
- Relocating and Adding Boundary Walls as required
- External Works, Roads, Entry and Exit. The External Works include Site Survey, Geotechnical Investigations, Site Clearance, Cutting, Filling, Landscaping, External Lighting, Connection of MEP Services. Curbstones, Road Marking, Signage, Entry Roads, etc.
Services undertaken include:
Preparation of Design for Architectural, Structural, Mechanical, Electrical, Infrastructural and Road Works.
