NAJMAT PHASE III ‐ UAE
Project consists of a Mixed Use Development on part of Reem Island. The Development is called Najmat, Abu Dhabi. The Project is divided into 3 phases, namely Phase 1, 2 and 3.
Najmat Phase 3 is divided into four (4) sectors with total area of 711,314m2.
Services undertaken include:
- Review and refine UPC approved Landuse Matrix
- Update Phase 3 Infrastructure Design based on the refined Master Plan and obtain authorities NOC and approvals.
Scope of Services covers the following:
1) Full and comprehensive Design Services for the Project, covering the following stages:
- Stage 1- Land Use Refinement
- Stage 2 - Update Phase 3 Master Plan
- Stage 3 - Update Infrastructure Drawings
- Stage 4 - Tender Documents
- Stage 5 - Tendering and Award
- Stage 6 - Construction Supervision
- Stage 7 - Defect Liability Period and Assests Handing Over to Authorities
2) Complete Documentation, including preparation of Tender and Construction Documents
3) Quantity Surveying and Cost Control Services throughout the Project from Inception to Handling-over
4) Site Supervision and Construction Contract Administration from the award of the First of Construction Contracts until the expiry of last of Defects Liability Periods and Issuance of the Performance Certificate to the Contractor, and handling over of assets to Authorities
