60 VILLAS AND MOSQUE DEVELOPMENT - Bida’a Al Mutawa, Western Region, UAE

The Master Plan of the project is conceived as a residential community consisting of 60 villas, mosque, community center, Family Park and community garden to be constructed on a 323,000 m² tract of land. The plot (850m x 380m) is currently undeveloped and the area is classified as residential zone.

The Scope includes Design and Supervision of the following:

  • Urban Design and Master Planning, including Villas, Mosque and Service Buildings
  • Site Transportation Design
  • Site Utilities Design
  • Architecture and Structural Building Design (1 villa type and 1 mosque)
  • Mechanical, Electrical and Plumbing (MEP} Building Design (1 villa type and 1 mosque)
  • Interior design with Furniture Layout
  • Design management and coordination
  • Authority Approvals and NOCs obtained during the Design phase
  • Estidama Pearl Rating system -2 Pearl

Works are undertaken in the following Stages

  • Stage 1: Data Collection and Validation of the Concept Design
  • Stage 2: Final Master Plan and Schematic Design of the Buildings
  • Stage 3: Detailed Design/ Construction Documents and Building Permit
  • Stage 4: Construction Supervision
