The project consists of a redevelopment scheme to convert STARCO mixed-use office and retail Business Center from a Class B office building to a Class A office building by upgrading the specifications and adding amenities.
Its gross built up area is around 56,000 m², the leasable area is 40,000m², and the underground basement floors area is 15,500 m²

1. Complete design services of all engineering disciplines (Architecture, MEP, Fire Fighting, BMS, Building Services, and any Structural requirements),
2. Renovation/rehabilitation permit file preparation
3. Authorities (Municipality, Solidere, DGU, etc…) approvals coordination and follow up
4. Construction cost estimates
5. Construction supervision services
6. Coordination with newly appointed consultants
7. LEED requirements enabling the Company to apply for any LEED certification; Technical and administration Coordination
