- Main Roads Design, Surface Parking
- Pedestrian Paving Pathways & Terraces at ground and podium levels
- Architectural Design of Landscape features at ground and podium level
- Horticulture design and selection of planting materials
- Complete design of Fountain & water features
- Design of Landscape lighting and other details
- External signs and street furniture within surface parking area, paving, pathways, and terraces at ground and podium levels
- Design of any features & elements at ground external areas and podium required by Wind Engineering Study
- Preparation of Tender Documents for landscape and related civil and MEP works
- Review and analyzing of tenders
