The project is built on a plot area of 2889 sqm and consists of 3 Blocks: One Building of 17 stories and 2 Buildings of 7 stories each, containing Town Houses with Private Gardens and Pools, Apartments, Duplex and Triplex Penthouses with Gardens, Pools and Terraces with Green Façades including Two Large Underground Parking Levels with MEP Service Rooms and Storages. The project is designed to have sustainable and climatic architecture with nice landscaped private gardens and polychromy of the façade.
Services undertaken include:
- Preparation of Designs for Structural, MEP works and LEED (Sustainability) Design and Certification (First Residential Building in Lebanon) followed by Preparation of Full Tender Documents
- Project Management, Project Control and Construction Supervision
