BANQUE AUDI PLAZA - Beirut Central District, Lebanon

Construction of 32,000m² of Office Space, Shops and Parkings (3 levels for about 300 cars). The scheme is of two Independent Buildings enclosing a Public Garden Square served by Shops and Cafes. The taller of the two buildings is a reconstructed Commercial Building of seven floors and its façades have curved stone arches. The façade of the old building was dismantled, repaired and refitted onto the building. Matching the existing stones after thorough research was carried out. Selection of the material was carried out in a way to preserve the intent and soul of the building. The other Building is the Bank Headquarters and is composed of two blocks connected by a Landscaped Glass Roofed Atrium Space. The Project includes Glass & Steel Façades, Stone Cladding, Atrium with Panoramic Hydraulic Lifts, Raised Floors and state of the art Security Systems.

Services undertaken include Preparation of Architectural, Civil, Structural and Electro-Mechanical Designs, Tender Documents, Detailed Designs and Working Drawings, Project Control and Construction Supervision. Work also included Project Management in setting the Project Planning Schedule and Cost Estimates as well as the Tender, Tender Evaluation and Selection of Nominated Subcontractors for over forty Contracts.
