TILAL AL LIWA HOTEL Tilal Liwa Desert – Abu Dhabi – UAE
The project is located in Abu Dhabi - 300 Km from Dubai, The plot to be developed will be in a 1sq Km within a 5 hectare desert site. The project consist of the following:
- 4 star hotel with initially 120 rooms
- 2 F & B restaurants (1st Restaurant - 3 meals catering for up to 150 guests, 2nd Restaurant - Bar Lounge)
- Multi-Function Room including 2 meeting rooms
- Health Club
- Swimming Pool
- Parking Facilities
Services undertaken include
- Full Architectural and ID designs
- Structural, MEP Design along with Graphic and Signage study,
- Infrastructure traffic and parking study,
- Cost Consultancy, IT/AV
- Construction Supervision works for all the above discipline
