This project includes two Ballrooms, Theaters, Indoor and Outdoor Sports, Water Sports, Kids Mini Disney Features, Mini Golf, Restaurants, Spa and Health Care, Private Bungalows and Fashion Stores and related Amenities. The Site area is approximately 220,000 m².

Services Undertaken include:
Concept Design Competition for Master Planning & Landscaping. The Presentation consisted of an elaborate Master Plan, a Circulation Plan, 3D views, sections, elevations, reference photos, architectural buildings and a preliminary cost estimate.
