DISTRICT//S - Saifi ‐ Beirut Central District – Lebanon

The District//S project is located in the Beirut Central District area, facing Martyrs Square This part of Beirut is dedicated for high-density mixed-use developments. The project's built up area is 120,000 m² and is to be developed into Residential buildings as well as retail shops, divided as such:

• 20 residential buildings of 5 to 7 floors upper ground floors
• 6 underground levels for parking use and technical areas
• 1 cultural center
