ABDEL WAHAB 618 - Achrafieh – Lebanon
The Project Site is located on Abdel Wahab El Inklizi Street Achrafieh from one side and on Forn Al Hayek Street from another side.
It includes Plots 615, 616, 618, 1414, and 1415 Achrafieh. The Site covers an area of approximately 5300 m².
The Project consists of two towers and three apartment buildings all to be built over a Ground Floor and five Basement Levels with a built up area of 60,000 sqm.
Services undertaken include:
• Complete Structural and MEP designs and preparation of Design Drawings in addition to the preparation of Contract Documents, Technical Specifications and Bill of Quantities.
• Supervision works
• Claims and contract administration services
